Determines the daily level of driver staffing to provide the best mix of responsiveness and productivity. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Quickly and proactively resolve problems that may arise while Trucks and Drivers are in transit. Report Driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution.
